Assignment:
Consumer and industry insights revealed an opportunity to build a stand-alone OTC business with a North European focus.
Solution:
Founders acquired a small platform and designed two strategic platforms to enable profitable growth fuelled by capital from Avista Capital.
Results:
Created a company from 0 to a 1Bsek in sales with a strong margins.
Assignment:
Meda acquired Antula to create organic top line growth by building an OTC business.
Solution:
Establishing Meda OTC and made a portfolio analysis where three brands where prioritized (CB12 – End Warts – Naloc) and rolled out in some +20 European markets while all other brands was managed as harvest.
Results:
Meda OTC enjoyed fine organic growth while at the same time we made a couple of value adding acquisitions and managed turnover of 3 billion SEK.
Assignment:
Take a small solid platform company with 50mSEK in sales and build a Nordic profitable business.
Solution:
MBO together HBI LTD (Goldman, Essex, Abingworth) together with a new strategic platform with organic focus in niche categories and entering new markets.
Results:
Sales of 500mSEK with a handful of brands with pan European opportunities incl. strong pipeline.
Assignment:
Turn around negative sales development and increase poor innovation success rate.
Solution:
Merger of three stand-alone businesses (Lever, Best Foods, GB Glace) driving synergies by ’one company model’ with annual turnover of 4 BSEK and +1.000 FTE´s.

Improved profitablilty and cash flow funding innovation and demand creation activities driving growth.
